Snowflakes that stay on noses and eyelashes

Heute habe ich nochmal Schneeflocken für Euch. 

Today I have snowflakes for you once more.

Die Rahmen habe ich mit einem Marker straffiert. Auf die Kettchen der ausgestanzten Schneeflocken habe ich Brillance Refiller in starlight silver mit ein wenig Wasser verünnt aufgetragen. In der Mitte kleben Glitzersteinchen. Der Schriftzug ist embosst.

I drew the crossing lines on the frames with a marker. I applied Brillance refiller in silver diluted with some water on the chains of the cut out snowflakes and glued a glitter dot into the middle of the snowflakes. I embossed the sentiment. It says Merry Christmas.

Eine der Challenges für die ich meine Karte gemacht habe, lautet "My favorite Things" und nimmt Referenz zu einem Lied aus einem Film (The Sound of Music). Man sollte sich inspirieren lassen von einer der Songzeilen. In meinem Fall habe ich die Schneeflocken genommen, die in dem Lied auf Nase und Wimpern landen. Ich finde, meine roten diagonalen dünnen Linien erinnern durchaus an Wimpern und der Naturkarton könnte auch die Nase darstellen.

One of the challenges that I made my card for is "My favorite Things". It refers to a song of the film "The sound of music" and we are supposed to pick one of the things named in the song lines. I picked the snowflakes that stay on noses and eyelashes. The red lines on the frames remind me of eyelashes and the craft tone of the card stock looks like the skin of a nose.
