Jetzt ist er da, der Mai. Und mit dem neuen Monat kommt auch ein neuer Relase in den Shop von Stamp Corner. Für meine Karte von heute habe ich zwei der neuen Stanzen mit zwei älteren Stempelsets kombiniert.
Now it's here, the month of May. And with the new month comes a new Relase in the store of Stamp Corner. For my card of today I have combined two of the new dies with two older stamp sets.
Ich mag ja das Stempelset Fauli so gern. Heute habe ich mal den Muffin aus dem Set genutzt. Koloriert habe ich den Muffin mit Polychromos und auf einen mit Distress Oxide Spray besprühten Hintergrund platziert. Dafür habe ich die Ränder mit Washitape abgeklebt. Die Form des Hintergrunds habe ich mit einer der neuen schwungvollen Rahmenstanzen ausgestanzt. Eine Naht fügt die neue Stanze auch gleich hinzu. Herrlich!
I like the stamp set Fauli so much. Today I have used the muffin from the set. I have colored the muffin with Polychromos and placed it on a background sprayed with Distress Oxide Spray. For this I masked the edges with Washitape. I die-cut the shape of the background with one of the new sweeping frame dies. The new die also adds a stitched line right away. So cool!
Die zweite neue Stanze ist der Schriftzug Viel Glück. Er passte so gut zusammen mit dem Wort Geburtstagskind. Oben rechts habe ich wieder den Banner verwendet, den Ihr kürzlich schon einmal sehen konntet. Er ist aus einem total praktischen Stanzenset von Studiolight, mit welchem Ihr auch eine Explosionsbox stanzen könnt.
The second new die is the lettering Good Luck. It went so well together with the word birthday kid. On the top right I used the banner again, which you could already see recently on another project. It is from a totally handy die set from Studiolight, with which you can also cut an explosion box.
Auf den Hintergrund habe ich noch lila Flecken gemacht und glitzernde Sterne aufgeklebt. Die beiden Halbkreise sind Überbleibsel aus einem vorherigen Projekt. Die weißen Punkte habe ich mit Sakurastift gemalt.
On the background I also made purple spots and glued glittery stars to it. The two half circles are leftovers from a previous project. The white dots I have painted with a Sakura pen.
