Ladybug ahead!

Heute habe ich schon eine frühlingshafte Szene für Euch. Ich wollte schon so lange meine Marienkäfer von Scrapbook Forever verwenden und jetzt bot sich dazu die Gelegenheit, denn der Hund aus einem der Sets aus dem neuen Release schaute so fröhlich und ich wollte ihm etwas "vor seine Nase setzen". Ich hatte außerdem überlegt, ob ich den Marienkäfer auf Steine setzen sollte, aber da fiel mir eines meiner Lieblingssets in die Hände und so habe ich ihn kurzerhand auf diese Kritzelkreise platziert.
Today I already have a spring-like scene for you. I wanted to use my ladybirds from Scrapbook Forever for so long and now I had the opportunity, because the dog from one of the sets from the new release looked so happy and I wanted to "put something in his face". I had also thought about placing the ladybird on stones, but then one of my favourite sets fell into my hands and I let it stand on those doodle circles.

Den Hund, die Kringel und den Marienkäfer habe ich mit Memento gestempelt und mit Polychromos koloriert. Akzente habe ich mit einem weißen Signomarker gesetzt. Für den Hintergrund habe ich  mit einer selbst gebastelten Schablone gearbeitet. Dafür habe ich mir von einem nicht-permanent klebenden Film eine kurvige Kante abgeschnitten und zunächst das verbleibende Stück oben auf die Karte geklebt. Dann habe ich den Rasen mit Schwämmchen mit den Distress Oxides gewischt. Anschließend habe ich die Schablone oben entfernt und den abgeschnittenen Teil der Schablone unten über den Rasen gelegt und dann den Himmel mit den Distress Oxides gewischt. Die Wolken habe ich gemacht, indem ich mit einem Pinsel Wasser aufgetragen habe. Außerdem habe ich noch mit meinen Wachskreiden gearbeitet. Im Rasenteil habe ich noch mit Polychromos kleine Stile gezeichnet und mit dem Signomarker weiße Punkte zugefügt. Den Schnörkel am Rand habe ich auch damit gemacht. Der Schriftzug is mit Versamark gestempelt und mit weißem Embossingpulver embosst. Alle Teile sind mit Abstandspads in verschiedenen Abständen übereinander montiert.

I stamped the dog, the curls and the ladybird with Memento and coloured them with Polychromos. I set accents with a white Signo marker. For the background I worked with a template I made myself. Therefore I cut a curvy edge from a non-permanent adhesive film and glued the remaining piece on top of the card. Then I wiped the lawn with the Distress Oxides. Then I removed the piece from the top and put the cut off part over the lawn and wiped the sky with the Distress Oxides. I made the clouds by applying water with a brush. I also worked with my wax crayons. In the lawn I drew small styles with Polychromos and added white dots with the marker. I also made the curly line at the edge with it. The writing is stamped with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. All parts are mounted with distance pads in different distances on top of each other.
