Jeden Tag kann ich durch meinen Garten schlendern und schauen, stehen, staunen, entdecken. Im Moment sind neben den vielen Blumen jede Menge wunderschöne Schmetterlinge zu sehen. Sommer steht für mich auf jeden Fall für Natur mit Flora und Fauna. Die herrlichen Schmetterlinge waren heute meine Inspiration.
Are you also one of the lucky people who can call a garden their own? I am always soooo in love - with nature! Every day I can stroll through my garden and look, stand, marvel, discover. At the moment, in addition to the many flowers, there are lots of beautiful butterflies to see. Summer for me definitely stands for nature with flora and fauna. The gorgeous butterflies were my inspiration today.
Die Schmetterlinge habe ich mit Versamark gestempelt, in gold embosst und mit der Schere ausgeschnitten.
I stamped the the butterflies with Versamark, embossed them in gold and fussy-cut them.
I colored them with water-soluble crayons.
Für meinen Hintergrund habe ich auch die Kreiden verwendet. Erst habe ich den fleckigen Hintergrund gestaltet und nach gutem Trocknen den Fibonacci Hintergrundstempel mit Distress Oxides gestempelt.
First I created the blotchy background (also with the crayons) and after it dried well I stamped the Fibonacci background stamp with Distress Oxides.
Ein weiteres Mal musste der Hintergrund sehr gut trocknen, denn ich wollte die Kringel in gold darauf embossen. Zusätzlich zum Trocknen mit einem Heißluftfön habe ich noch den Hintergrund mit einem Puderpad abgerieben. Dann habe ich die Kringel mit Versamark gestempelt und in gold embosst.
Another time the background had to dry very well, because I wanted to emboss the squiggles in gold on it. In addition to drying with a heat gun, I still rubbed the background with a powder pad. Then I stamped the curls with Versamark and embossed them in gold.
To emphasize the circles I colored them with a white acrylic pen. I like to use the markers from Posca. Although I must admit that white and yellow are not quite as opaque as other acrylic markers. Some of the circles I then filled with Glossy Accents. This dries colorless and gives a nice shine like water drops.
Die Schmetterlinge habe ich dann mit Abstandspads auf dem Hintergrund abgebracht und mehrfach gemattet, ebenso wie das Wort Sommer.
I then used spacer pads to bring the butterflies down on the background and matted them several times, as well as the word summer.
Habt Ihr es bemerkt? Der Fibonacci Hintergrund leitet ja eigentlich den Fokus zum Wort Sommer. Die Schmetterlinge fliegen allerdings von innen nach außen an der Linie entlang. Wie wurde Euer Blick geleitet?

What is my summer fun? I have a garden and it is so beautiful so I love to just stand around and discover. I also take many pictures. Currently not only the flowers are fantastic, but the butterflies are really amazing.
