Zwischen den Medinas

In wenigen Tagen ist es wieder so weit! Das MEDINA!!! Genauer gesagt, das Stempel-Medina! Das ist ein Stempeltreffen, welches ich einmal im Jahr besuche. Die Vorfreude kennt keine Grenzen, auch wenn leider in diesem Jahr gleich zwei unserer Mädels absagen mussten. Im letzten Jahr habe ich diese Karten für die Mädels gemacht. Sie sind bislang unveröffentlicht. ... wir trinken immer jede Menge Sekt, da wir immer auf jede neue Karte, die wir machen, anstoßen. Und da gibt es eine ganze Menge. Und selbst wenn grad mal keine Karte fertig wurde - einen Grund zum Anstoßen findet sich ja immer!
Jetzt komme ich grade aus meinem Bastelzimmer, da ich irgendwie total verloren war. Ich habe bereits angefangen, ein paar Dinge zurecht zu stellen und auszusuchen und da kann ich irgendwie grad gar nicht kreativ sein. Kennt Ihr das auch?
In a few days it will be time again! The MEDINA! To be more precise, the Stamping Medina! This is a stamp meeting which I attend once a year. My excitement is beyond anything, even if unfortunately two of our girls had to cancel their participation for this year. Last year I made these cards for the girls. I did not publish them until today. ... we always drink a lot of champagne, since we toast to every card we make and there are a lot.... and if there aren´t any, we easily find another reason to toast!
Now I just got out of my craft room, because somehow I was totally lost. I've already started to put a few things together and pick them out and somehow I can't be creative at all. Do you know that, too? 

Ich erinnere mich noch gut, dass ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt grade die Distress Oxides neu hatte und die Sterne auf den Karten damit gestaltet habe. 
Die Sektflasche und das Glas sind mit Copics koloriert und mit Glossy Accents sowie Stickles überzogen, damit alles schön glänzt und glitzert. Die vielen Punkte stehen für den prickelndes Sekt, aber auch für usnere gute Stimmung.

I still remember well that I just had the Distress Oxides new at that time and designed the stars on the cards with them.
The champagne bottle and the glass are coloured with Copics and covered with Glossy Accents and Stickles, so that everything shines and glitters beautifully. The many dots symbolize the sparkling wine, but also our good mood. 

 
Mal schauen, was denn mein Thema für dieses Medina wird oder welches Medium, welcher Stempel, welche Art von Karten. ... ich werde berichten! Und noch ein klitzekleiner Wink: Am Sonntag endet das Medina..... an dem Tag vor fünf Jahren war....... schaut vorbei :)

Challenge - Layers: One or many
Though I usually do not pack my cards too much, I find myself much more comfortable with several layers or a little thing here and there. If I am supposed to make a OLC, I usually end up breaking the rules. Somehow I ofter find my own OLCs naked. I do love them from CAS experts though :)
