Und da sind sie wieder...

Und immer wieder muss ich sie mal verwenden, meine wunderschönen PaperArtsy Stempel, die ich nun schon einige Jahre mein Eigen nennen darf. Doch immer wieder sind sie toll. Das hier verwendete Stempelset habe ich schon .... 6-8 (?) Jahre? 
And every now and then I have to use them, my beautiful PaperArtsy stamps, which I have been allowed to own for some years now. But again and again they are great. I already have the stamp set used here for .... 6-8 (?) years?

Den Hintergrund habe ich mit Distress Oxides gewischt und mit einer Schablone, die ich mir mit einer Stanze gemacht habe. Außerdem habe ich noch Wassertropfen und Halbperlen aus der Tube hinzugefügt und kleine Blättchen gestempelt. Der Text und die Blätter am Rand sind gestempelt. In den Blättern habe ich Schatten mit Polychromos zugefügt. Die weißen Bögen ganz unten auf der Karte sind mit der hand gezeichnet. Die Blumen habe ich mit Memento gestempelt und mit Copics koloriert. Auch hier habe ich Regentropfen aus der Tube (Glossy Accents) zugefügt. Die einzelnen Elemente sind mit Abstandspads aufeinander geklebt. 
I wiped the background with Distress Oxides and a template I made with a die. I also added water drops and half pearls from the tube. I also stamped little leaves. The text and the leaves at the edge are stamped. In the leaves I added shadows with Polychromos pencils. The white bows at the bottom of the card are hand-drawn. I stamped the flowers with Memento and coloured them with Copics. Also here I added raindrops from the tube (Glossy Accents). The single elements are glued together with spacer pads.

Eines der drei Blog-Candies ist noch zu haben. Ich habe extra noch ein paar Tage länger gewartet, ob sich die vorher Ausgeloste Person meldet, aber mit diesem Post erlischt der Anspruch und jetzt kann sich Kerima glücklich schätzen, denn die neue Auslosung hat Kommentar Nr.8 ergeben.

DU

Mit der Eclipse Technik kann man aus interressanten Hintergründen und ein paar Buchstaben sehr eindrucksvolle Ergebnisse zaubern. In meinem Fall habe ich einen mit Acrylfarben gestalteten Hintergrund verwendet, aus welchem ich das Wort "DU" ausgestanzt habe. 
With the Eclipse technique you can create very impressive results from interesting backgrounds and a few letters. In my case I used an acrylic background from which I punched out the word "DU" (in English "YOU" (the sentiment reads "are genious").

Den Hintergrund in pink weiß habe ich dann noch gemattet und das Du nach übereinander kleben der Unterlagen mit einer glänzenden Schicht aus Glossy Accents versehen. 
I then matted the pink and white background. After glueing the layers of the word "DU on top of each other I gave it a glossy finish with Glossy Accents.

This parrot smiles

Ich mag ja knuffige Comic-artige Figuren und bei dieser Karte hat mich das grinsende Kerlchen dazu verleitet, eine sehr farbenfrohe zu machen.
I like cuddly comic-like figures and with this card the grinning guy has tempted me to make a colourful one.
 

Den bunten Streifen habe ich mit Acrylfarben und verschiedenen Stencils gestaltet. Den Papagei habe ich mit Memento gestempelt und mit Copics koloriert. Die Lichtreflexe sind mit Copic Opaque und die Kleckse im Hintergrund mit einem Pinsel gemacht. 
I have designed the colourful stripe with acrylic colours and various stencils. The parrot I stamped with Memento and coloured it with Copics. The light reflexes are made with Copic Opaque. The spots in the background are speckled with a brush.

Genialer Zwerg

Hehehe, ist er nicht genial, der coole Zwerg? Er ist einer der Stempel aus dem neuen Release von Scrapbook Forever, die es ab Anfang Mai geben wird. Außerdem gibt es die ebenfalls hier verwendeten "Schmuddeligmacher" wie ich sie gerne nenne und ein Set, aus dem der Text dieser Karte ist. 
Hehehe, isn't he genius, the cool dwarf? It is one of the stamps from the new release of Scrapbook Forever, which will be available in early May. Also there are the "grungers" as I like to call them and a set from which the text of this card is.The sentiment reads "you are genious". 

Den Hintergrund habe ich mit Distress Oxides gestempelt. Der Zwerg ist mit Memento gestempelt und mit Copics koloriert. Die Refelktionen auf der Sonnenbrille sind mit Triton gemacht. Den Text habe ich mit Versamark gestempelt und in weiß embosst. Das Wort "genial" habe ich dann noch mit Copics eingefärbt. Die schwarzen Skribbel und die Sterne auf dem Hut sind mit der Hand gezeichnet. Die Stanzkante an der Seite und am Schildrand links sind ein Set von Sizzix. Das weiße bestempelte Stück Pappe ist mit Abstandspads auf der Grundkarte montiert, das Label mit einem Tacker befestigt und am rechten Rang ebenfalls mit Abstandspads unterfüttert.

I stamped the background with Distress Oxides. The dwarf is stamped with Memento and coloured with Copics. The reflections on the sun glasses are made with Triton. The text is stamped with Versamark and embossed in white. The word "genious" was then coloured with Copics. The black scribbles and the stars on the hat are hand drawn. The edge cut on the side and on the label on the left are a set from Sizzix. The white stamped piece of cardboard is mounted on the base card with spacer pads, the label is attached with a stapler and the right side is also backed with spacer pads.

Mein kleiner Gärtner

Kürzlich habe ich die hier verwendete Stanze mit dem kleinen Gärtner gekauft. Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick, denn der kleine Mann erinnert mich so sehr an meinen Sohn. Er trägt auch immer einen Hut und ist jetzt so viel mit mir im Garten. Wir bereiten die Beete vor und pflanzen und säen. Für mich ist es Liebe pur.
Recently I bought the die used here with the little gardener. It was love at first sight, because the little man reminds me so much of my son. He also always wears a hat and is now with me in the garden all the time. We prepare the beds and plant and sow. For me it is pure love.

Die Stanze vom kleinen Gärtner besteht aus zwei Teilen: der Gärtner selber und die Schürze. Ich habe sie aus weißem Papier ausgestanzt und mit Aquarellfarben koloriert. Die Stanzteile habe ich mit Abstandspads übereinander montiert und im Hintergrund der Karte habe ich noch Steine und Punkte gemalt. Das Wortstanzteil ist direkt auf die Karte geklebt.



 
The little gardener's die consists of two parts: the gardener himself and an apron. I punched them out of white paper and coloured them with watercolours. I mounted the coloured parts on top of each other with spacer pads and painted stones and dots in the background of the card. The word element is glued directly onto the card.

Mein Monat 2019-03 and welcome SuperCarrie82

Puh, irgendwie machen mich diese plötzlichen sonnigen und sehr warmen Tage total müde und daher sitze ich heute nicht an meinem Basteltisch, sondern zeige Euch meine Karten vom Vormonat in einer Kollage, wo wie ich es jeden Monat tue. Und dann geht es gleich schnell ins Bettchen.

Pooh, somehow these very sunny warm days all of a sudden make me tired. So instead if sitting at the craft table, I will show you my cards from the previous month in a collage as I do every month.  And I guess I will then go to bed quickly.

Ja, ich glaube man erkennt, dass die Kollage von einem Frühlingsmonat ist, oder? Eine extrem vorherrschende dominante Farbe kann ich nicht erkennen, dafür aber jede Menge Frühlingsmotive. Einige meiner Karten habe ich auf dem diesjährigen Frühjahrsmedina gemacht. Aber ich habe noch ein paar für Euch aufbewahrt :)
Well, I think you can tell the collage is from a spring month, don't you? I can't see an extremely dominant colour, but I can see lots of spring motifs. Some of the cards were made by me at the Spring Medina, but I still have some to show you some other time :)
