Calling all Stampers @Create A Smile - One more!

Well, once I had the stamp set from Create A Smile in my hands I was inspired to do more with it and therefore I show you another card today with the stamp set Botanical Love for the guest design call of Create A Smile. But this stamp set really is so nice!

Create A Smile

With this card I was guided by the colours of the Colour Q challenge. Those are really really crazy cool! Would you have combined these colours by yourself? Green-ish with blue-ish colours and especially leaf green with jade green? BUT - COMPLETEY MINE! I love it! You might have seen some of these very similar combinations with my cards in the past. I took this incredible contrast in so close proximity on the colour palette as my guiding principle for my card. The sketch of the Freshly Made Sketches challenge fit perfectly to it and I took the sketch to create a colour/white contrast background. I coloured the flowers in the main image with a no lines technique so that the flowers are soft in appearance and even though I used a little bit of May green as accents for them, they are mainly in blue-ish green and turquoise. In contrast to that, I stamped the leaves with hard black and gave them leave green and Mai green colours. Again, the background is divided by the colours, and though the flowers in the front are same in colouration, they are separated by the black sentiment. Yes, they do try to have some exchange by the little dots, which again connect them.
